Hikvision Wins ESX Innovation Award for Video Surveillance

May 30, 2017

We are pleased to announce that Hikvision’s DS-2TD4035D-25 Bi-Spectrum PTZ Camera System has won the 2017 ESX Innovation Award winner in the video surveillance category. Now the Hikvision camera will compete for the “Best in Show” award in the TechVision Challenge at the ESX Show, which will take place June 13-16 in Nashville, Tenn.

Here’s a Security Sales & Integration preview of the 2017 show. Hikvision will exhibit its enterprise-level video surveillance solutions in Booth #325 at the ESX show.

We’ll be rooting for David Stanfield, Hikvision product manager, Solutions Products, who will represent Hikvision at the TechVision Challenge. Stanfield will explain why Hikvision believes the DS-2TD4035 Series Network Bi-Spectrum Thermal/Optical PTZ Camera systems are “a bold new concept in video surveillance.”

ESX describes the TechVision Challenge as a live Shark Tank-style competition. It is judged by industry experts and will take place on June 13 at ESX 2017. Here’s a video about last year’s TechVision Challenge.

The ESX Innovation Award winners are chosen by a panel of security industry professionals. Security Systems News announced the 2017 Innovation Award Winners in this story. ESX chairman George De Marco described the awards this way: "The ESX Innovation Awards recognize innovative technology and excellence in the industry—and identify next-gen products and services that offer significant opportunity for growth and relevance in servicing the marketplace."

Jeffrey He, president of Hikvision USA Inc., and Hikvision Canada Inc. thanked the ESX panel of industry experts for recognizing Hikvision with this prestigious award. “We think the DS-2TD4035D-25 Bi-Spectrum PTZ Camera System is a perfect example of Hikvision’s commitment to our integrator partners who need high-end enterprise-level products that meet the most demanding requirements,” He said.
